Please note, a 15% discount will be applied for two services booked at the same time (for same person).
I stay at your disposal one week after our appointment for any other question by email or by phone.

Additional work or time will be charged and discussed together.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking by bank transfer as a confirmation of the appointment. The final balance is payable the day of the booking, by bank transfer or cash, and please advise in advance which method is the best for you. An estimate to sign will be sent to you, and I will appreciate it if you can send it back to me as soon as possible in order to organise our appointment. 

For the delivered personal shopping, 100% of the service will be requested in advance, once the appointment is booked, by bank transfer . Also, 100% of your budget for the shopping will be requested in advance by bank transfer. The rest of the unused budget (if applicable), will be refunded to your account at the end of the day. The unwanted items will be refunded as quick as possible (usually within the 48h), and transferred to your account straight away. 

For the online personal shopping, the service is available at a one-off payment before my research.

​Cancellation 

Any appointment taken must be cancelled at least 48h before the day, from both parties. Same for the reschedule date.

Delivered personal shopping

The full amount of this service will have to be paid in advance by bank transfer once the appointment is booked.
Also, the full amount of your shopping budget will have to be paid in advance by bank transfer once the appointment is booked. The rest of the unused budget (if there is any), will be refunded to your account at the end of the day. The items you do not want will be refunded within the following 48h and transferred straight back to your account. Your chosen delivery address must be within Zone 2 in London. A fee of £10 will be charged for each extra zone beyond that.

Need a specific item but too busy to shop?

The full amount of this service and the full amount of your shopping budget will have to be paid in advance by bank transfer once the appointment is booked.

If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund and I will transfer the money straight back to your account. In this unfortunate situation, my service will be non-refundable.

Your chosen delivery address must be within Zone 2 in London. A fee of £10 will be charged for each extra zone beyond that.
